BMOI – Bow Mar Owners, Inc. is a voluntary homeowners association, social club, and private private property owner within the Town of Bow Mar. The purpose of this corporation is to equip and operate a social club for the pleasure and recreation of its members, and in connection therewith to maintain such tennis, sailing, swimming, picnic and other recreational facilities and activities which its Board of Directors may consider advisable. BMOI is organized as a social club and is intended to qualify as an exempt organization pursuant to Section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code. If you wish to use their facilities, you must be a BMOI member. BMOI supports numerous social events, sports, and community-wide activities for the benefit of its membership.
Town of Bow Mar is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
