Design Review Board
The Design Review Board (DRB) is responsible for reviewing and approving all plans regarding work to be done on your property, buildings, landscape etc. See the tabs under the main menu's Building tab for a detailed description of the construction application and design review process. The Board members are appointed by the Town Trustees.
The Board consists of 7 members. Each member is appointed for a 2 year term. There are 4 members whose terms are currently up. If you are interested in serving on this committee, please click the link below

The Design Review Board will hold regular 2024 meetings at 7:00PM on the 2nd Tuesday of every month.
Notice and agenda of meetings will be published on this page and on the home page of this website in accordance with the Board's Resolution No. 2020-R-04(opens in new window) designating the public place for posting notices of meetings. Notices may also be posted in the display above the Town mailbox at 5395 Lakeshore and in the Bow Mar Bulletin.
